Erdman Automotive Family Plan Disclaimers:
- Four Years No Cost Maintenance: The first two years/25,000 miles maintenance are covered under the ToyotaCare Maintenance Plan. The remaining two years consists of two synthetic oil changes and 4 tire rotations and can only be completed at Erdman Automotive.
- Complimentary Loaner Vehicles: Complimentary loaner vehicles on qualified service visits. Loaner vehicle availability subject to dealer availability. Customer is responsible for any damage to the vehicle that occurred during their loaner period. Drivers of complimentary loaner vehicle must provide a current and valid driver’s license, insurance card and credit card for damage and incidentals. Only contracted driver may operate loaner vehicle. Customer is responsible for any gas used during loaner period and must return loaner vehicle with a full tank of gas or a $6.00 per gallon fee will be accessed at time of return.
- Five Years Roadside Assistance: 24-Hour Roadside Assistance provided by Toyota. Roadside Assistance valid in the continental U.S. and Alaska. Roadside assistance provides battery jump starts, lockout protection, emergency fuel delivery, tire service to install inflated spare, towing service to nearest Toyota dealer, and winching services.
- 9 Day/500 Mile Buy Back Guarantee: Buy Back Guarantee valid for nine days from date of purchase or 500 miles; whichever comes first. Vehicle must be in same condition as time of purchase. Vehicle will not be eligible for buy back if vehicle has been in an accident, damaged, any parts have been removed, or if a lien has been imposed on the vehicle other than those at time of purchase. Processing fee of $1499 is non-refundable plus a $2.00 per mile restocking fee. Customer responsible for any dealership incurred repair and reconditioning fees on traded in vehicle.
- Free Car Washes for Life: Vehicle must have been purchased from Erdman Automotive and/or be a current service customer of Erdman Automotive. Car washes for life are non-transferable. Erdman Automotive is not liable for any damage.
- The Erdman Automotive Family Plan is only valid on new vehicles purchased at Erdman Automotive. Erdman Automotive Family Plan benefits are non-transferable.
